nailed it.

with this blog, i would like to share with you, funny things that happen is our lives. these funny moments happen suddenly and often. there is no telling what will happen next. lets start with joe. so the other day, we were getting a red box in front of grocery store. i was sat in the car, talking to my awesome sister. joe, got out of the car, and the next thing i knew, he was tapping on the window, gesturing me to unroll the window. ok. his forehead is bright red. "joe, what happend?" then he kept asking me if the girls in line for the red box are gone. "joe, why is your forehead growing?" at this point he is hunched over on the car. "joe, are you going to tell me what happened?" "if you promise not to laugh". promise broken. and here is how the nailed it part goes.... joe got out of the car, and there was a kid coming out of the grocery store singing VERY loud (as joe says it) and he was curious as to where this noise was coming, so as he was walking, he looked behind him, saw the kid and then turned around... right into a stop sign... promise broken AGAIN. all the girls in the line then turned and were laughing too. (joes ego is now doubly hurt.) and to top it off, a goose egg on top. Ba ah ha!

now with trey. my cute little jock of a brother, was playing catch with himself by throwing his baseball in the air. he threw it really high and it never came down, so, he moved his mitt out of his way to see where in the world his ball had gone and... nailed it. a really nice shiner.

and lastly on to my bff ashlee. when we were teenagers, we were hoolagans. roaming the streets at night. this night was no different. ashlee was in front of us but walking backwards so she could see and talk to us at the same time. as good friends, we didnt tell ashlee that she was about to walk right into a parked car. nailed it. she said " i really thought i was being run over by a car!" needless to say, ashlee didnt have a sleepover with us that night after we laughed at her for hours.

I'm Back!

Ok, I will really try to update this more than every two and a half years! geez! So in the last two years, we have had a lot of pain, but with a lot of pain comes a lot of joy. So I guess I will just cut to the chase and show you our joy. Paisley Jane. What a wonderful baby she is! we sure do love her. I fear she is going to be a drama queen, she is already doing impersonations. Right now, Elvis seems to be a favorite.

Joe is working full time and going to school full time too. It is really hard not seeing as much as I would like, but I just have to keep telling myself its not forever.
